Where you would work in Ukraine

Our employers are located across Ukraine, with the largest concentration in the western regions highlighted below.

  • Volyn
  • Rivne
  • Lviv
  • Ternopil
  • Khmelnytskyi
  • Zakarpattia
  • Vinnytsia
  • Ivano-Frankivsk
  • Chernivtsi

Right now our biggest need is in Ukraine — production, construction and logistics employers are hiring foreign workers at scale, with priority processing for candidates from India. The employer obtains the official work permit for foreign staff; we handle your documents, travel and arrival.

Priority destination · Ukraine

India → Ukraine: a fast, transparent route

Ukrainian employers are hiring foreign workers at scale right now, and the offers are strong. The process is short and fully documented — every step below is on our side or the employer's, not yours to figure out.

01

Submit your documents

One complete pack — see the checklist. We review everything before submission, so nothing bounces back.

02

Work permit — ~7 working days

Your Ukrainian employer applies for the official work permit. By law the employment service decides within 7 working days.

03

Visa on the basis of the permit

With the permit issued, you apply for the long-stay work visa. We prepare the full visa file — approval rates for candidates from India are very high.

04

Travel & start

Housing arranged before arrival; registration and onboarding paperwork handled by us end-to-end.

Document checklist

Complete pack = evaluation starts

Candidate evaluation begins as soon as the full set below is received in the required format — we check every file with you before it goes in.

  • International passport — valid 18+ months, full scan of all marked pages
  • Up-to-date CV with real work experience
  • Digital photo 3.5 × 4.5 cm (colour, taken within 6 months)
  • Certificates / licences — for specialised trades (e.g. welders)
  • Video 1: short self-presentation (name, city, motivation, English check)
  • Video 2: skills demonstration — for specialists (welders, electricians, drivers, operators)

All documentation support — permit, visa file, arrival paperwork — is handled by Work Unit.
